Managing Your Subscription

How to view, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Alstrum subscription.

Viewing Your Current Plan

  1. Log into Alstrum
  2. Click your profile icon (top right)
  3. Select Settings
  4. Click Subscription

You'll see:

  • Current tier (Free, Pro, or Founders)
  • Billing cycle dates
  • Payment method on file
  • Usage stats

Upgrading Your Plan

Free to Pro

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Upgrade to Pro
  3. Enter payment information
  4. Confirm subscription
  5. Immediate access to all Pro features

Free/Pro to Founders

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Join Founders Circle
  3. Review Founders benefits
  4. Complete one-time payment
  5. Lifetime access activated
Founders Pricing

Price depends on spots remaining. Current tier pricing shown at checkout.

Downgrading Your Plan

Pro to Free

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Select Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm cancellation
  5. Access continues until billing period ends
  6. Reverts to Free tier after

What You Lose on Downgrade

  • Unlimited signals → 5/day
  • Real-time data → 15min delay
  • SMC analysis → Not available
  • Chart overlays → Basic charts only
  • Options signals → Not available

What You Keep

  • Account and profile
  • Watchlist (limited to 10)
  • Trade history
  • Settings preferences

Cancellation

How to Cancel

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Complete exit survey (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

Cancellation Policy

  • No penalty for cancellation
  • Access continues until billing period ends
  • Data preserved on Free tier
  • Resubscribe anytime

Founders Cannot Cancel

Founders Circle is a lifetime one-time purchase:

  • No recurring billing to cancel
  • Access never expires
  • Refund available within 30 days

Payment Methods

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Debit cards
  • Processed securely via Stripe

Billing Cycle

  • Monthly: Charges on same date each month
  • Annual: Charges on anniversary date
  • Founders: One-time charge only

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Payment Methods
  3. Click Update Card
  4. Enter new card details
  5. Save changes

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. You'll receive an email notification
  2. 3-day grace period to update payment
  3. Access paused if not resolved
  4. Reactivates when payment succeeds

Invoices & Receipts

Accessing Invoices

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Billing History
  3. View or download invoices

Invoice Contents

  • Invoice date and number
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method (last 4 digits)
  • Service period

Tax Information

Invoices include applicable taxes. Contact support for tax documentation needs.

Refunds

Pro Tier Refunds

  • 7-day money-back guarantee
  • Full refund if requested within 7 days
